We have in-house design and artwork facilities to get the most impact and suit the item to be personalised. The reprographics department has artwork packages to optimise your logo or design and can plot this to film in-house and produce the media from which the highest quality print will be attainable. Our in-house print team can advise on the best print process to use. We use pad printing, screen printing and foil blocking to personalise a range of items from USB drives and calculators to T shirts, umbrellas…. We can even print marquee panels.
If you require embroidery, we have in-house digitisation and our combination of single-head and eight-head embroidery machines mean that we can handle an order of 3 polo shirts up to thousands of different garments for a large workforce. Not only do we embroider all types of work-wear, corporate-wear, sports-wear, school-wear and safety-wear, we can also supply and embroider towels, hats, bags and other textiles.
Another speciality of ours, is in-house CAD-cut vinyl lettering and logos for garments. We can design, prepare, cut and press a variety of vinyl finishes onto a wide range of garment types. From hi-viz site-wear to stag and hen party wear, we have the expertise. Transfers are also available for multi-colour designs.
We also have dye sublimation facilities to produce photo quality images onto mugs, mouse mats and shirts.
